Here is a little about me.
My name is Katarzyna (or Kasia for short) and I am a researcher. I have a Master's
Degree in Biomedical Science and a Certificate in Data Science, both from Rutgers University in New
Brunswick, New Jersey.
My daily research in the lab focuses what goes wrong on a molecular level in Type II Diabetes. I also
study differences between how gender affects gluconeogenesis, or simply the way our body makes sugar when
it runs out.
I offer strong leadership and mentoring expertise, a publication track record with a solid understanding
of molecular biology, experimental design and successful project execution. On the data science side, I am
proficient in Python, Javascript, SQL, Big Data, Machine Learning and in tools such as Pandas, Matplotlib,
Tableau, or Leaflet. I'm an excellent communicator, enthusiastic team player, and a creative thinker.
I'm open to joining a team of driven individuals who display passion, problem-solving skills and desire
for company growth. I hope to thrive in a stimulating environment that combines biological and health
science with data science. I'm excited to bring my expertise to your table.
